Domaxus (“Domaxus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have when you visit our website, create an account, or use our seller tools (collectively, the “Services”).

Domaxus is a seller-first real estate intelligence platform. We help homeowners understand practical selling options—such as an MLS / realtor path, an investor cash path, or a builder / redevelopment path—using property details you provide, address and market data from third-party providers, repair-estimate models, comparable-sale analysis, and path-recommendation logic. Our outputs are educational estimates and decision-support tools. They are not appraisals, brokerage services, legal advice, tax advice, or financial advice.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

This Policy applies to individuals who visit Domaxus, create a seller account, submit property or questionnaire information, contact support, or otherwise interact with the Services.

• It applies to personal information we collect online through the Domaxus website and authenticated seller workspace.
• It does not control the privacy practices of third-party websites, apps, payment processors, authentication providers, or data vendors we link to or integrate with—those parties have their own policies.
• It does not apply to information collected offline outside the Services, except where we expressly combine that information with your Domaxus account.

We collect information in three main ways: (1) information you provide directly, (2) information we obtain automatically when you use the Services, and (3) information we receive from service providers and data partners that help power address lookup, property data, payments, authentication, and monitoring.

We use personal information for legitimate business purposes related to operating and improving Domaxus, including to:

• Create and manage your seller account and authenticated workspace.
• Provide property profiles, questionnaires, repair estimates, comparable analyses, path recommendations, calculators, learning content, and related features.
• Personalize your experience, save progress, remember preferences, and show relevant educational content.
• Communicate with you about your account, support requests, security notices, and important Service updates.
• Send product or educational emails where permitted by law; you may unsubscribe from non-essential marketing messages.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions if paid features are enabled.
• Monitor, debug, and improve performance, reliability, and security (including fraud prevention and abuse detection).
• Analyze aggregated or de-identified usage trends to improve product design and recommendation quality.
• Comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect Domaxus, our users, and the public.
• Support future product features we disclose at the time of collection or through an updated Policy (for example, optional marketplace or partner introductions), which will remain placeholder/educational until formally launched.

If you are located in a jurisdiction that requires a legal basis for processing (such as the EEA/UK), we generally process personal information based on one or more of the following:

• Contract — to provide the Services you request (account creation, property analysis, recommendations, support).
• Legitimate interests — to secure, improve, and market the Services in ways that do not override your rights.
• Consent — where required (for example, certain cookies or optional communications).
• Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose information to comply with law.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described below.

Under certain U.S. state privacy laws (including California’s CCPA/CPRA), “sale” and “sharing” can include disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising even without a cash payment.

Domaxus does not knowingly sell personal information, and we do not currently use your property questionnaire content for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any required opt-out mechanisms.

You may still see cookies or similar technologies used for essential functions, security, and first-party analytics. See Section 8 for cookie details and Section 13 for rights requests.

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to:

• Keep you signed in and protect account sessions.
• Remember preferences and in-product progress (for example, active property or UI state).
• Measure performance, diagnose errors, and understand how features are used.
• Maintain security and prevent abuse.

Domaxus relies on carefully selected third parties to authenticate users, store data, look up addresses and property/comp data, process payments, send transactional email, host the application, and monitor errors. Those providers process information according to their own privacy policies and our agreements with them.

Property market data and automated valuations from third parties may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Domaxus is not responsible for third-party data quality beyond using commercially reasonable efforts to integrate reputable sources.

Our Services may contain links to third-party sites or future partner CTAs. Visiting those destinations is at your own risk and subject to their policies—not this one.

Although this is a privacy policy, you should understand how Domaxus uses your information to generate outputs—and the limits of those outputs—because it affects how we process data and how you should interpret results.

• Repair estimates, comparable analyses, valuations, take-home calculators, and path recommendations are educational decision-support tools based on models, assumptions, and available data.
• They are not a formal appraisal, broker price opinion, inspection report, engineering report, title opinion, or guarantee of sale price, net proceeds, timeline, or buyer interest.
• Domaxus is not acting as your real estate broker, attorney, accountant, tax advisor, lender, or fiduciary.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit. Incorrect or incomplete inputs can produce misleading results.
• Before making selling, contracting, financing, or legal decisions, consult qualified local professionals (realtor, attorney, title company, tax advisor, inspector, and others as appropriate).

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain your account history (including archived properties and recommendation history), comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support legitimate business operations such as security and auditing.

In line with our product design, certain records may be archived or soft-deleted rather than immediately permanently erased, so that we can preserve integrity of historical recommendations, prevent accidental loss, and meet operational or legal needs. When permanent deletion is required by law or by a verified consumer request that we can fulfill, we will delete or de-identify information as required, except where retention is permitted or required (for example, fraud prevention, legal holds, or backup systems that are later purged on schedule).

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS), authenticated sessions, and vendor security practices appropriate to the Services.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for promptly notifying us at info@domaxus.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. Subject to verification and applicable exceptions, these may include the right to:

• Access — request confirmation of whether we process your personal information and obtain a copy.
• Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Delete — request deletion of personal information we hold about you.
• Portability — request a portable copy of certain information you provided.
• Opt out — opt out of certain processing, including sale/sharing or targeted advertising, if those activities apply.
• Limit use of sensitive personal information — where required by law and applicable to our processing.
• Appeal — appeal our decision if we deny a rights request, where your state law provides an appeal right.
• Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent.

The Services are intended for adults who own, control, or are authorized to evaluate residential real estate selling decisions—typically individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age applies).

Domaxus is operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Those jurisdictions may have data-protection laws different from those in your country. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms and contractual protections with our providers.

Domaxus uses rules engines, scoring models, and automated analysis to generate repair estimates, valuation support, and seller-path recommendations. These processes use information you provide and third-party property/comp data to produce educational outputs.

These automated outputs do not create legally binding decisions about credit, housing eligibility, employment, or insurance. They are informational tools for your consideration. You remain free to disregard recommendations and should obtain independent professional advice before acting.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the bottom of this page and, where required by law, provide additional notice (such as an in-product notice or email).

Your continued use of the Services after an update becomes effective means you acknowledge the revised Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the Services and request account closure.

• Domaxus provides the Services and related estimates “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind regarding accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement—except where such disclaimers are prohibited.
• Domaxus is not liable for decisions you make based on educational estimates, third-party data errors, market changes, or outcomes of any real estate transaction.
• Nothing in this Privacy Policy creates a professional-client relationship, brokerage relationship, or fiduciary duty.
• Additional terms, including limitations of liability and dispute provisions, are set out in our Terms of Use (when published). If there is a conflict between this Policy and the Terms regarding non-privacy contractual matters, the Terms control; this Policy controls for privacy disclosures.
